If your child is in need of school supplies and will be entering Kindergarten or grades 1st through 6th this fall, please fill out and submit this form to register your child for a backpack of school supplies.  You will need to come to Leesburg Church of the Nazarene (see on map here) on Sunday, August 18 at 12 p.m. to pick up your child’s backpack.  If you have any questions, you can contact our church office.
